Jordan McKee is a senior analyst on the 451 Research Mobility team, which was established in July 2014 with the integration of Yankee Group. He focuses on mobile marketing and commerce. His research examines the development of mobile devices being used across each phase of the shopping journey. In particular, McKee analyzes mobile’s role in the physical world for payments and other forms of transactions. His key research areas include mobile point of sale (mPoS), mobile wallets, NFC, EMV and virtual currencies.
McKee has been quoted in a number of top publications including The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, Adweek and The Boston Herald. In addition, he has spoken at several leading payments industry events, including The Mobile Payments Conference, First Data Leadership Summit and The Financial Mobility Summit.
Before Yankee Group, McKee served as a market research analyst at OnProcess Technology, performing statistical analysis and process improvement for leading technology and communications companies in the areas of reverse logistics, service supply chain optimization and customer experience management.
McKee holds a bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing from Bryant University.
