Samsung Releases Lowest-Priced Android Phone

The Indian mobile market is getting Samsung’s lowest-priced Android-powered mobile phone yet, the Galaxy Star. The phone is now available to Indian consumers and comes with a price tag of 5,420 rupees, or U.S.$97.49.
